The ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. The role will require use of initiative, as well as a structured and disciplined approach to work. We are looking for a candidate who is able to work well as part of a team, and has the ability to work independently, and calmly under pressure. A degree in art history or modern languages is an advantage, though not essential.
- Monitoring press coverage and creating press cuttings.
- Generating a weekly calendar of international cultural events.
- Support in day-to-day operations of the business and office administration duties i.e. answering phones, booking rooms, placing orders, sending post, scanning, printing, organising transport etc.
- Support with press and image requests
Hours: 9:30am-6pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: Dependent on experience
